Contact Improvisation utilizes gravity, momentum and the energy of individual dancers. An open form, the dance begins with following a point of contact between dancers and ranges from subtle to highly physical. Each day includes group warm-ups followed by open dancing. This is an opportunity for the expanding Contact Community to dance together, gathering for fun and creative connection. Open to all levels; no previous experience necessary. All we know is dancing.
