November 2 - 4 Uma Kleppinger
DharmaYoga: Mindfulness in Movement
DharmaYoga is a creative exploration of stillness, movement and meditation which draws from the mind of classical yoga and the heart of Buddhism. Morning sessions will focus on dynamic vinyasa with mindfulness of the four directions (gratitude, impermanence, karma and samara) and conclude with seated meditation. Evenings will be restorative, accompanied by a live Tibetan Singing Bowl "sound mediation", preparing one for restful sleep. Every session will be infused with timeless Eastern wisdom, exploring the intersection of yoga and Buddhism, with ample time between sessions for relaxation, soaking, hiking and socializing. It is recommended that participants have recent and regular yoga experience in order to comfortably attend.
