Both giver and receiver will be encouraged to cultivate a quiet receptivity and open-heartedness. Watsu is often effective in decreasing stress and chronic pain. It also assists with emotional/spiritual healing, recovery processes and freedom of movement. This retreat also includes indoor class work and a mini Watsu Wednesday between 4-6pm.
