Embodied Soul: A 5Rhythms® Waves Dance Intensive

We're looking for the roots of soul, and wanting to feel soul-belly breathing within our own bodies. Actually, not just wanting but needing this; to feel our passions and dreams and fears rooted and grounded within soul-wisdom.

This workshop is an opportunity to take the necessary time to dance our way to hearing the soul-wisdom that infuses the human-ness of our everyday lives. We do this through dancing the powerful 5Rhythms: sinking into our flowing bodies, stretching and opening our hearts, and emptying and quieting our minds... this is soul, these moments of fluid body open heart and free mind, and this soul is seductive, mysterious and wise. This soul is reachable: the 5Rhythms® maps move us into the landscape of this soul.

Ultimately "Embodied Soul" is about service; about your very own personal identity in service to your soul. We serve soul by taking the flavors of personality, the feelings of heart, the desires of our dreams, the loves of our lives, and put them into motion, into the art of movement, into the dance.
