Taking the Stage:
Walking with Love Through the Fear of Performance

If getting up in front of others is part of your life dream, but you’re held back by fear, this workshop is for you. Designed to support people who long to share themselves through singing and music, public speaking, teaching or acting, this workshop offers alternate ways of relating to the fear, even if it seems extreme.  Practice in a supportive environment.

You’ll learn how to:

• Recognize the role of the mind in creating fear

• Alter the relationship with fear

• Connect with important resources within yourself

• Develop a vision of what is really important to you

• Commit to that vision as a way of experiencing meaning and vitality in your life

Heather Wertheimer, MA, brings 20 years of experience as a therapist and 10 years of teaching yoga to this workshop, in addition her current life work touring full time as a musician since 2002.
