Advanced Yoga Training Retreat Part II

8 Limbs Yoga Centers, a 500-hour RYT certified school, invites yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners to join our Advanced Yoga Training Retreat II. As students, we are always learning, filling our wells and receiving deeper insights through continued practice and study. As teachers, continued study allows us to expand our repertoire and more fully develop our voices and yogic lifestyles. As practitioners, we seek a sangha, or community, with whom we can share our journey. Our goal is to provide a program and community to help you prosper – in your practice, studies and your career as a yoga teacher. In this spirit on retreat, students will be exposed to a variety of texts, teachers and approaches including classes in therapeutic and advanced asana, art of teaching and sequencing, physical and energetic anatomy, philosophy and yogic lifestyle, Ayurveda, and more.

Senior 8 Limbs Yoga Center instructors Melina Meza, Chiara Guerrieri, and Jenny Hayo (each with at least 10 years of teaching experience) will help you integrate your studies “off the mat” into daily life.
