Awakening the Creative - The Painting Experience

The power inherent in painting is that it can awaken a wild vein of passion that will not go back to sleep. Using only the simple tools of brush, paper and paint, Awakening the Creative invites you on a highly personal journey of daring and discovery, made possible through a safe environment and the support of Stewart and his experienced staff.

You are welcome even if you’ve never picked up a paintbrush. There will be no critiques of the work or focus on the finished product. The goal is free expression, with the emphasis on the creative process rather than on technique or expertise. Awakening the Creative is an opportunity to embark on the greatest of all human adventures—embracing your own path and confidently following it.

Stewart Cubley is the co-author of Life, Paint & Passion: Reclaiming the Magic of Spontaneous Expression. Stewart has inspired and supported the recovery of the creative spirit in workshops and seminars throughout the world for nearly three decades. This workshop may be of interest to people from a wide variety of disciplines, including art, education, counseling, social change and meditative practices.

All materials are supplied.  CEU credits available for MFT, LCSW and RN.
