EDGU Share-Reacher Training

The EDGU Share-Reacher Training program is a five-day event for learning and imparting the 14 step EDGU sequence. Daily schedule includes EDGU classes, ‘step by step’ EDGU breakdown instruction, practice sessions, in depth insights of spinal maintenance, free time and laughter. So whether EDGU is cultivated as a personal practice, shared one on one as EDGU therapy or taught in group classes, you will activate your ‘Edge you’ experience.
