WOMANSPIRIT returns to beautiful Breitenbush by enthusiastic request. Join us for a joyful weekend of connecting with our selves and each other through our shared journey as a Community of Women. Ceremony and Sacred Ritual will awaken our senses, create energy and balance, and inspire creativity. We will honor body, mind and spirit, and deepen our experience together through mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga and tai chi,  dance, poetry and talking circles for sharing and caring. There will be time for art, music, play, and quiet. We will leave for our own Journeys feeling deeply nurtured and supported and more fully connected with our  own Womanspirit. Judith Waldman, MSW, from Maryland, is Co-Director of “Celebrating Women’s Journey” Workshops. She brings many years of experience as an enthusiastic and caring psychotherapist, workshop leader, and national trainer for other workshop leaders. Her joys are nurturing and empowering women, using the imagination for health and healing and finding peace within.
