Bikram yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises developed by Yoga Master Bikram Choudhury performed in a heated environment that integrates strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. Each posture systematically warms and stretches muscle groups, as well as revitalizing all major glands and organs. All bodily systems are rejuvenated, helping the regular practitioner to achieve and maintain good health. Derek and Suzanne Cummings have been full-time Certified Bikram Yoga Instructors and studio directors since the fall of 2002.
