This practical approach to Yoga is a sequence of movements arranged in logical patterns designed to open the body and mind gradually and systematically. Concentrating on the breath while moving from one position to the next directs energy in the body, increasing internal heat. This in turn stimulates the flow of Prana with tremendous potential power to free up that which is already free and fully awake... at the core of our being. We will focus closely on this inner flow of Life’s Potential, and see how this innate intelligence orchestrates a variety of perceptions, insights and energy pattern-formations. Sujita is certified by several schools of yoga, psychology, yoga therapy, Breema bodywork and hypnotherapy. Her lifetime interest and passionate commitment is guiding others to their own discovery. Sujita has been facilitating yoga classes and workshops for over 20 years, and for over a decade now, has been teaching Yoga and Meditation at Oregon State University in the College of Health and Human Sciences while maintaining her private business In Touch Wellness and Tri Yoga Health.
