Women’s Qigong for Health & Longevity 

Deborah Davis, L.AcQigong, an ancient Chinese system of self-healing, has been the source for women’s health and longevity for thousands of years. These gentle exercises combine breathing, slow movements, self-massage and meditation to increase vitality, renew health and reduce stress. With only a 15-minute daily practice, Qigong will balance hormones, improve memory, and relieve common menstrual and menopausal symptoms.

You will learn a qigong form designed for women to increase stamina, balance, maintain bone strength, improve heart function and overall wellbeing. You will also activate the women’s power center, the Uterine Palace, to heal reproductive problems and increase sexuality. This class is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels. 

Deborah Davis, L.Ac is the author of the book, Women’s Qigong for Health and Longevity: A Practical Guide for Women Forty and Older and a popular instructional DVD, The Spirit of Qi Gong. Deborah teaches women’s qigong nationally and has a private practice in intuitive readings and medical qigong in Ashland, Oregon.
