Free stresses from tissues as
Springs bubble up through tiny fissures.
Cocooned in the steam, the deepest seeds
Creep forth, seep through pores.
Release them, offer them to the river,
Watch what manifests.

Modalities…
Hydrotherapy and Massage
Individually selected aromatherapy oils are added to a mineral water bath, followed by a detoxifying herbal wrap and ending with Reiki or Massage...very nurturing and rejuvenating.
Deep Tissue Massage
Restores the natural supple quality of the musculature and maintains energy flow by releasing tension using slow pace, deep intention and appropriate pressure.
Swedish This is the classic Western massage. Benefits include relaxation, toning, increased circulation and lymphatic flow, relief from stress and anxiety and holistic body consciousness.
Hot Stone Massage
This modality uses heated stones, smoothed by the sea. The energy and heat of the stones in the hands of the skilled therapist penetrates through layers deep into the bones.
Acupressure
Acupressure is a type of bodywork that involves pressing specific points on the body with the fingers, knuckles, and palms (and sometimes the elbows and feet) to relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote general good health.
Injury Specific Treatment
The therapist works with you to design a treatment that addresses your specific body issues as a result of overuse, injury or dysfunction.
Trigger Point Release
Gentle, deep pressure is applied to ease tightness, allowing muscles to lengthen and function freely. This is especially effective for pain relief and increasing mobility in shoulder and neck areas. This approach examines and treats muscles and muscle attachments in layers. It addresses surface muscles and connective tissues and deeper ligaments and connective tissues.
Myofascial Release
A gentle blend of stretching and massage, myofascial release therapy uses hands-on manipulation of the entire body to promote healing and relieve pain. Just as its name suggests--myofascial comes from the Latin "myo" for muscle and "fascia" for band--therapists use the technique to ease pressure in the fibrous bands of connective tissue, or fascia, that encase muscles throughout the body
Polarity Therapy
Harmonizes and equalizes the positive, negative and neutral poles of the body, releasing energetic/emotional blocks and creating deep relaxation. The therapist’s hands rest in specific places, rocking the body or rhythmically pressing at various depths. The insight gained can be transformative.
Chineitsang Abdominal Massage
This is a unique visceral bodywork and healing art form with ancient Chinese origins. It literally means “energy transformation of the internal organs”. CNT practitioners work mainly on the abdomen with deep, soft and gentle touches, to train internal organs to work more efficiently.
Reiki
A subtle yet profound form of energy work, Reiki’s roots are Japanese. Reiki means Universal Life Force or Universal Love. It provides emotional, physical, mental and spiritual integration and balance.
